About Us

 So glad to have you stop by. Let me introduce myself and my great husband Darrell, who is my partner, creator, and my best friend. We have been married over 50 years. Living in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia for most of those years and raising a son and a daughter.

Growing up in a family business I decided in the mid-seventies to open a business of my own. I opened a craft and gift shop which we had for 12 years, shortly after opening a wonderful artist came into my life and opened a whole new world for me. My love of decorative painting begins. My husband along with working a full-time job opened a wood shop and became my creator.

We begin our venture of working major art and craft fairs up and down the east coast. Our favorite being the Gatlinburg Craftsmen fair in Gatlinburg Tn. If you have visited the show over the last 30 years you have probably visited my booth or purchased a piece of my work.

When Darrell retired, we decided to leave the Appalachian Mountain of West Virginia and moved to the great smoky Mountains of Tennessee to be near our granddaughters. We have three, Miranda, Madison and Morgan. All beginning with M sure gets confusing at times, and now a ggd,  Payton. They are the joy in our life. 

During the past years we have worked both the retail and wholesale market. Having a website and both Ebay and Etsy before we came to Tn. We have now retired from traveling, just work The Gatlinburg craftsmen Fair each year in October and decided to open the shop again.  We also have a Facebook page, VINTAGETOCHIC where I teach my craft.
